Conscious Uncoupling Coaching
Conscious Uncoupling Coaching
"Emotional trauma is the root cause of almost all chronic illness."
~ Dr. Raphael Kellman, MD.
Are you in a painful breakup or divorce? Or grieving a past breakup?
Heartache. Loneliness. Anger. Resentment. Confusion. Losing sleep. Eating poorly. Finding it hard or impossible to focus on tasks. Children upset or acting out. ... Do any of these sound familiar?
Loneliness is the number one health problem in America. Individuals who are socially isolated have weaker immune systems, increased inflammation, and greater risk of viral infection and other disease. Social isolation can result in altered genetic expression in our brain cells, lymph nodes, breast tissue, ovaries and prostate.
Why live like this when there is a better way?

Why not duke it out in court?
Is the court system equipped to help your family find a peaceful transition? Not even close. After witnessing serious flaws in the family court system for over 20 years, River knows family court is the worst place you could go to solve relationship issues.
Attorneys are trained to debate. Most law schools never train attorneys on problem solving. Often the first question your family law attorney will ask is “what’s wrong with your spouse/coparent?” immediately focusing on the negatives.
Judges are trained to listen to evidence that meets strict admissibility standards (which means there is always a lot they never know) from two sides who are in an insanely expensive showdown, trying to show the worst sides of one another in a cutthroat, winner takes all, style competition.
The system is not set up to accommodate healing. At the end of a court process, a few financial issues and kid schedule issues may be “ordered” for your family but what about all the other issues? Totally unresolved! Plus the court process leaves everyone emotionally drained if not seriously traumatized.
There is a better way. Save thousands and thousands of dollars on legal fees. After you complete the Conscious Uncoupling process, you will be emotionally equipped to resolve your issues outside the court system, hiring an attorney to simply draw up any necessary legal agreements and have them signed by a court if necessary.
Why not go to therapy?
Coaching is partnering with you in a thought provoking way and creative process that inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential. A coach believes you are naturally creative and resourceful. A coach provides support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that you already have. (www.ifc.org) Coaching has as its goal the flourishing and thriving of your full potential.
Psychotherapy is oriented toward pathology, psychological disorders and trauma, while coaching focuses on achievement and the fulfillment of goals. Psychotherapy deals more with dysfunction, and emotional and behavioral problems, focuses more on the past or disruptive problems and has as its goal the objective of bringing you to normal functioning.
Coaching is for functioning people who want to move toward their highest potential.

Conscious Uncoupling Testimonials
"I am a skeptic. I am also fairly self aware. I have worked with really good therapists in the past (and the present) who have helped me in many ways. I didn’t believe in “light bulb” moments; I thought that only happened in books and movies. I went into this program simply thinking I would at least learn something new about myself. I had only had a few relationships, and they all ended in the same drawn-out, exhausting, heartbroken way. I wanted to break the pattern, so I gave this a chance. Through this program and the tender yet firm guidance of River, I have changed my life. Let me say that again - I have changed my life. It’s no joke, and I’m not exaggerating. Go through this program with an open mind, and change your own life. I can’t explain exactly why this program is different, but it is, and it is worth it.” ~ Raina Harris
Every time you choose love over fear.
Every time you choose to be generative rather than reactionary.
Every time you listen, see, and hear your partner rather than assume you know what they are about to say.
You are a relationship revolutionary.
